along with other services for their members. Producers are encouraged to contact their DHIA for support since many support issues need to be coordinated with local DHIA staff. Producers should contact DRMS if the issue is critical and local staff cannot be reached.

DRMS Support - Producer
Raleigh and Ames staff provide telephone support to DHIA staff so they can provide support in their area. Producers are encouraged to call their local
affiliate representative to resolve problems. If local staff cannot be reached, DRMS support staff may be contacted:
DRMS Support - Consultant
Staff in Ames provide telephone support to consultants downloading data from DRMS and using PCDART, CTAP or benchmarking files with CTAPSTD. Consultants
should call the Ames support number for support issues or the Accounting staff in Raleigh with billing questions.
On-Line Support Services
Facebook offers a great opportunity for DRMS support teams to interact with our users. We invite you to share helpful information and ideas about the program.
You can also learn about new features, when new versions are released and a host of other important details about DRMS products and services.
We invite dairy producers, DHIA technicians and management staff, dairy extension personnel, dairy consultans, DRMS support personnel and various
